DO NOT give out any FTP passwords to anyone! There is no reason to do so! If you need help badly enough, create a temporary FTP account that is restricted to only the files that you need help with and give the information for that. Giving out FTP information can be very dangerous!

Your forum folder or root folder is bf2flightacadem. It is usually folder with config.php or index.php files.

This folder isn't in your PC but on server. Name of root folder for phpBB in your PC could be whatever you want, but it should contain index.php and config.php

You're on a free forum host.
You probably do not have FTP access to the server. Therefore you cannot get to your forum folder and cannot install easyMOD or any other MODs or styles.
