will there be an end for these bugs? the bug tracker is (last time I recently checked) is four pages, a lot of bugs and no sign of bug being less :( or the next major release for that matter :(

I was just coming here to post that they seem to be getting on top of it :)
Lots of commits in the last 2 or 3 days fixing bugs.

Try selecting the drop down for 'new' rather than all the bugs. Lots have been moved to 'review later'. The actual number they're working on seems to be less than 40.

that looks a lot better, maybe the end is finally in sight and a new release is on the horizon? (one can but hope)
