That might not be advertising - but it sure looks like recruiting - which (I believe) is also not allowed.

I agree with chrisRLG... as good as your cause is, this is bad way to do it. I find the best way is too ALWAYS contact the site owner and go from there. Provide a professional letter and wait for a reply,
