Which tool are you using in devlp the PHP project of sourcfo

Which tool are you using in devlp the PHP project of sourcfo

I want to create a project in Sourceforge.net, so that My friends can share the code modification of each other.
Sourceforge.net will give me a CVS project and some accounts for cvs/ssh login, but I don't know how to use it.

I am used to developing my project in WinCVS(local cvsnt) and ultraEdit, can this set of softwares works with the cvs of Sourceforge?

Also I want to know from all of you, which tool are you using in developing the PHP project?
The tool with cvs support will be better.
