If ban from phpBB, where to get phpBB?
With the Olympus about to come out any days now if you get ban from phpBB, how will you get phpBB downloaded?

Since the files are mirror'd on sourceforge I do not see any problem. You do not have to be logged into the phpBB.com site to download

I'm sure you can download the software if you're banned from the forum...i don't think the can ban you from the phpbb main site entirely...or you can just download it from another computer?

you know, they could just do a .htaccess control ban, like you know the Deny syntax in htaccess, but yeah you could use another computer, also it is on SF so you don't need to be logged in on phpBB's website

Haha! I do not worry for myself. I just worry for all those people who comes around here and mess around to the point where they get ban. It is sad for them when you think about it. Because they are missing out on a really good software if they can not download it.

but yes, you don't need to login and sourceforge mirrors them, and I'm sure random people like me will have some possibly outdated but not horrible files mirrored tooooo.
