I'm fairly sure you're supposed to speak English here. There's http://www.phpbb.de/" target="_blank for German, don't know about any other language but I'm sure they're out there.

Yeah, that's an important point.
I post on a different forum a lot, and they recently had a problem because people were speaking in non-english languages and making bad remarks. Their moderators are mostly english so they only found out when a user notified them.
