When i'm trying to access the EasyMOD History, i get the following error:
Could not obtain EasyMod information
DEBUG MODE
SQL Error : 1146 Table 'bedumonline_nl_-_phpbb.phpbb_easymod' doesn't exist
SELECT * FROM phpbb_easymod ORDER BY mod_id DESC

What is wrong?

It looks like you have lost your Easymod table, either by Importing a backup which didn't include it or perhaps it and possibly other tables are corrupt. Try reinstalling EM and see what happens...
