Hi,
I'm building another site that has nothing to do with olympus or even phpBB for the matter, but I am using the tabbed look from the olympus install and ACP. I am using the same images of olympus but my own css stylesheet with only the tab stuff from the olympus one. In my footer, I have a link to a page that has phpBB linked on it for using their tabbed theme. This is legal, right?

Why use an unoriginal design?
You know when Olympus is going to be released the majority of the sites using the forum software will be using this design (well the newer one that hasn't been released yet). So your site would look like a lot of other sites on the internet.

Heh, I'm using the tabbed design from the Install/ACP, I think it looks very nice. As for the matter anyways, I made some other tab images with different colors (green) but similar to the olympus' one.

working on a cms to be intergrated with phpbb 3 without any major code changing to keep with phpbb 3 guidelines
