If you ignore that there is no update function from one phpBB CVS to another it could nearly be used in stable environments.

I know a server configuration kit which is even more buggy in its "stable" form than the phpBB3 CVS ;)

The problem is that the newer CVS might not be the better working one :)

Oh my God the CVS version crashed my test server (Talk about easy debugging).
Neveremind that detail. I installed succesfully with the install script without even editing it :)

I've also noticed that the new ACP has made a move towards some form of template system, which looks like a nice compromise...

It creates the neatness of seperating code and content, but doesn't give style authors the chance to mess with it, whilst still making it easy to customise. Me likey 8)

How fast will things on "high priority" be fixed then, if things on low priority will be fixed in a few days? 8O (joking, joking ;) )

BTW:
The file adm/style/admin.css wrote: /* Definition list layout for forms
Other general def. list properties defined in prosilver_main.css
---------------------------------------- */
Spellingerror? Or something else? Sounds interesting
(sorry if I am saying something I shouldn't say, but hey, it's in the CVS :P )

BTW: Screenshots for those who want that http://espenhh.com/phpbb3/" target="_blank :D Looks strange, because paint *beep* up :P
Espen

The new ACP is nice. I thought it was going to be the same navigation down the left hand side, but I was wrong.

Devs, nice job with the ACP!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Thanks for the screenshots.

What's 'jumpbox' in this picture?

edit: i just realized that I'm getting some kind of error with 'jumpbox' in it every time I mark a forum as read. Anyone know what this functionality is?
