The new phpBB version - Guess the Release Date Competition

It's very frustrating, and it's like I don't have a right to complain.
There are no words...
I'm sure there are some people working hard, but if things were more organized, I'm sure it would be done by now. Failure to get this done is going to cost phpbb dearly, as other solutions gain a greater foothold.

Sure. Taken from the time at the server (which is a fair few hours behind GMT, about 11am), in 13 hours time, this will be the current status:
Total: 308
Incorrect: 50
Duplicated Guesses (same user, two guesses): 16

So, there will be 242 people still left in the runnings

I bet the first beta will arrive around September/October. I think phpBB 3 Final will be released after vBulletin 3.5 and Invision Power Board 2.1

Competition is run yearly (or has been sofar), thus you are choosing dates within 2005. If, for some unforseen reason, I have to extend into 2006, there will be a new competion (open for all again) to enter into.
