was just thinking about the new style : will it be a bit configurable about colors or will it be like subsilver, blue and silver and that's it (i don't want to know what it will look like, just to know if I'll be able to use it without 24h of colors and CSS hacking to make a blue/silver thing to a black and brown thing) ?
'cause not so many boards out there use these colors.

We are currently exploring ways for easy colour changes and we might even have multiple themes for the default style. Stay tuned.

Well, I have a question:

I notice that the page_header.php and the page_footer.php is gone. I also notice that all you have to do us enter something like:

Code: Select all

<*something*page_header*something*>
Where is the source file for the header and footer?

They can use the new

<!-- INCLUDE file.html -->

to include files. This means that you are not limited to including one header. In fact, you don't have to include a header at all for certain pages - it's up to the style designer.

Yes, but in the "overall"s, there are variables. WHo is parsing the variables?

It would be "not really usefull, but still everyone want's it" kind of addition. Ok I want to say it's a good idea.
