in germany the plural is foren

in Latin, forum is nominative singular, wich is wot we use in english-
eg. Romulus(nominative)=Romulus(eng)
therefore forum(nom)=forum(eng)
forum is nom sing, so nom plural is fori

You have to make a difference between neutrum and masculinum in Latin...

Romanus -> Romani (masc)
forum -> fora (neutr)
