it's only when you register apparently. it does a public API pull at signup. It ports over the image and uses it on their system rather than using the gravatar URL itself.

OK so for verification purpose for roles from this point forward, please post your discord username and #ID on here that way we can verify that you are you for role assignments. This means if you have a role on .com then please post and we can add that role to you in discord.

I'm #3709. The other kasimi #4467 can be removed, that was also me but from a different computer, not sure why I was able to get the same username. Isn't that supposed to be disallowed?

Usernames are not unique on Discord. There could be a thousand people who register an account with the name "kasimi".

Glad to see ya'll are beginning to make use of it and hope you find it benefits your development cycle as it has with ours. Just as a reminder, I recently wrote a phpBB extension that sends notifications to Discord when activity happens on a phpBB forum. That way you don't have to let the area51 board become a ghost town if a substantial amount of the conversation ends up moving to Discord.

Note though that the extension I wrote has not yet been validated (I submitted it for validation a few weeks ago). The source code is here if you're interested: https://github.com/rootslinux/phpbb-dis ... ifications

I just installed it in my x240 which is running Ubuntu. It looks great! I just doubt that will it keep all the chat history? If so I may recommend it to my team.
