I am getting two notifications for the same post. One where I was quoted and one for a reply to the topic and they are the same post.

They both link to the same post? That shouldn't happen.

They both have the same post id (251935) yes

Perhaps there is some obscure bug or something changed since I tested that last. I created a ticket for it and will look into it later.

I think the See All portion at the bottom of the notification drop down should be colored something other than white.

Normally, it appears to be differentiated from the notifications by a gray border. But with 5 notifications, the list becomes scrollable, and that gray border is actually from the notification DIVs, not the See All div, so with 5 notifications, the white of the bottom-most notification blends in with the See All (the border part is now gone, hidden)

Then it's not possible for this to be installed into 3.0.x
