Inactive users may also be visited to delete inactive users, rather than activating them so describing what they are makes more sense in my opinion than what you might want to do with them.

As for the logs: No I wouldn't guess that logs are hidden in maintenance so I suppose that change would make sense.

Why is this under the System tab? It seems to me this should be under Posting.

I think all the Resync/Reset Statistics options should be moved to a different "Statistics" page as well. This is currently taking up almost 1/4 of the complete ACP mainpage while you never use those options.
Only leave "Purge the cache" since that has to be used more frequently.

Fully agree, the acp main page UI is terrible. Nobody cares about the information on there most of the time, I'm sure we can find something more useful to put on there.

Under "board configuration" on the left, "attachment settings" should not occupy the top spot - "board settings" should be first.

How about some announcements?

But yes, as for the main ACP page, of the sync links, only the Purge the cache link is really used all that often. At the very least, it should be the first of the list, instead of the last.

The whole "Board Statistics" block should be moved or at least decreased in size. I pay so little attention to it when I view the ACP that I just had to specifically go to one of my local boards' ACP's just to see what the heck it was.

I'd suggest we move the stats to an entirely separate page and rethink what utilities might be good to have on the main page.
