In 3.0.12 you could browse to a style in the ACP, and then view the cached files with information such as 'Last modified' and 'Last cached' etc, this allowed you delete individual files from the cache (Without having to delete all cached files)
Is there nothing like this in 3.1?
EDIT: If not possible via ACP, how can I delete individual cached files via FTP/CP maybe?

Re: Delete Individual Cached Files?
No. This isn't possible anymore, since CSS files are no longer parsed and saved in the DB. All this is handled now by twigs caching mechanism IIRC, so this behavior has changed significantly.

Re: Delete Individual Cached Files?
Ah that's a shame. I tended to delete individual files on 3.0.12.
