ability to add styles from ACP ( can upload a zip style pack ).

This should be handled the same way we handle extensions. I think ideally, extensions can simply contain new styles.

Extensions add and change functionality. Styles change the look of your forum. I think they should be kept separate personally.

Although I think in 3.2 we could/should probably change the way of installing extensions, styles, similes, ranks etc. to use composer, then have a UI built for it.
