Where to download 3.1?

There are no official 3.1 packages yet as it is not finished.

You can download the current snapshot from github using for example this link: https://github.com/phpbb/phpbb3/archives/develop

I have installed it and the only difference I'm seeing (vs 3.0.8) is in ACP: Board version: 3.1.0-dev :)

Am I right?
