show maximum attachment size in posting

its better there is a note for maximum file size user can attach.

in the 3.0.X users could not understand how much can attach a file. just admin know the maximum file size.

i dont hope any body can understand what i said. sorry for my english

It is better to know what users are allowed extensions.
now users dont know they can use rar zip jpg or so on...

user must know this.

There is a MOD at .com that will show users what file ext.'s they can use for uploading. Works great.
