I also would like Multi-moderation. Then I don't have to lock and move in so many clicks...or sticky and lock...

Well, in the end one single checkbox should be enough for every post. On the bottom of every page you can then select the action you want to execute (based on your permissions): "Action to perform on all ticked posts: [quote|merge with other topic|move to new topic|delete|print (that way you could have a selective print view by skipping some posts)|disapprove|...]". The only problem: what should be the caption for such a checkbox? I don't need any, but I think most users wouldn't understand it's meaning without any. A caption like "select" is ridiculous to me, but may "help" most others nonetheless.
