3.1 Branch?
Wondering if the http://github.com/phpbb/phpbb3 branch is for 3.1, or will there be a new http://github.com/phpbb/phpbb3_1 branch for it?

See http://wiki.phpbb.com/Git, at the bottom of the page, there is a workflow diagram.
phpBB 3.1 will be developed in the same repository as phpBB 3.0, as it will be based on it.

3.1 is currently in develop IIRC and 3.0 in develop-olympus
