phpBB : Critical Error

Hello,
I have the forum: http://www.kareasfc.gr/forum
I think it is on phpBB2.
On 28th/01/'09 i was trying some of the templates through the Admin "Control Panel".
I tried the "phpbbeos" template...
From that moment, the forum cannot be accessed.
All i get is this message:

phpBB : Critical Error

Could not open phpbbeos template config file

DEBUG MODE

Line : 503
File : functions.php

I'm quite a novice at these stuff.
Please help me, anyhow...

Support for phpBB2 ended on Jan 1st.

You will need to google for phpBB2 support sites (there are a couple of 3rd party ones).

Once you get it fixed you're advised to update to phpBB3.

I believe it wouldn't be a problem to update before hand... phpBB3 wouldn't use the phpBB2 templates at all... but you'd have to start over template hunting. One nice thing in phpBB3 over phpBB2 is that the board and admin panel use different styles.... breaking one doesn't break the other

The converter likes the board to be working but yes it would be worth a try even with the error on there.
