Just a little information would help. Like what changed since you last were able to use these permissions? Also, please fill out the Support Request Template.

Not without any information. What is it that keeps you from filling out the Support Request Template?

Right now, it is as if you had called your mechanic and said "my car doesn't work. What's wrong?"

Hmm...
Well now I see what changed.
Basically before. All users had the ability to edit and delete and move posts.
Then I changed it. Then untill later I didn't realise my perms had gone. Any ideas?

How did you change it? Did you use any Never permissions?

This is the last time i will ask you to fill out the Support Request Template. If you reply without doing so, I will lock this topic. Thank you.

What are you doing?
All steve is asking you to do is answer the questions in the "Support Request Template" topic he has linked to.
i.e.
[1] Follow the link and read the instructions.
[2] Make a new reply to THIS topic, paste in the questions, and add your answers.

Then we will have the information we need to help you.
