New Installation looping problem

Performing a new install, second site (did this last weekend with no issues on other site).

What would cause the install to loop back to the beginning? It passes all tests fine, then after the data base set up step, I get the okay that it was successful press the button for the next step (Administrator) and it loops back to the first install step. Tried it several times and same result each time.

Any thoughts? Thank you,

Failed to mention: my web site, http://www.igotissues.com, points to a blog I have on TypePad. The 'www' C-record on my GoDaddy hosting points to TypePad for the blog.

I set up phpbb in /forum and had to point my browser here in order to start the install: //igotissues.com/forum/install.

Might that be the source of my problem??

Is it on the godaddy free hosting with the ads at the top?
If so, you cannot install it on that.

You need their paid linux deal.

Good catch Kevin, thanks so much. I was going to upgrade once I got the board up because those ads are so irritating -- doing it now.
