Queued Posts

I don't have the facility to "moderate" a users first post. As I understand this was introduced in 3.0.3.
I have looked in the ACP under the board configuration header for Post Settings and I can see no "Maximum post count for queued posts:"
I am on 3.0.4

On the "Post settings" page, under "Posting", the first option should be "Enable queued posts:", and the second option should be "Maximum post count for queued posts:"

If you don't see them, then your template is not updated to 3.0.4.

Thank you. As I upgraded using the Automatic Update would you recommend I upload the full package, if so what is the exact procedure to this correctly?
