I have a site that uses the black pearl template. At the moment, I cannot gain access to my forum. Help please!
Re: [split] Site problem
Did you get any error message or what is not working ?
Re: [split] Site problem
It just says "General Error", Path to template could not be found.

Sure, but you'll need to be more clear about what you were doing before the error occurred.
Were you updating? Editing something?
Can you see that the style folder still exists on your server?
Please also provide a link to your board.

I wasn't doing anything at the time, just woke up one morning, checked for new members and saw a general error screen informing me that the path to style black_pearl could not be found. I don't have a server of my own as the site is hosted at freephpbb3.com. my link is:http://crockettsetshouse.freephpbb3.com

You should contact your free host about the issue.

phpbb3.com and http://freephpbb3.com are both working right now.crockett wrote:I would if I could but I can't! phpbb3.com is down at the moment
There is nothingg you can do to fix these sort of problems on a "free forum host", you MUST contact the people who run it, only they can fix it.
