Even though the board is disabled you should not have a log in issue to re-enable it.
If you have access to the database, go to the config table, browse and find the board_disable field and change it from 1 to 0
Or get the starfoxtj admin toolkit. You can re-enable it in that too.

I think it's simpler than this. Login as admin, go to board configuration, and enable the board.
