Help install Gettext

Hey,
Could you help me install gettext on my windows test serveR?

I get this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function bindtextdomain() in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\htdocs\termix\SUBDOMAIN\Project_CVS\lib\Lang.php on line 97
Im trying to installe horde so that i can install Chora :S
but i keep gettign that error with Horde :S

I'v enabled the php_gettext.dll in my php.ini but it still doesn't work.
I downloaded this... GNUWin32 GetText and installed it, but i have no clue how to configure it :S
