okay now i am programming FBC CMS and good luck finding it on the net becouse its not released yet but nearly.
but i need a striped or bare bone version of phpbb so i can add my own auth but if someone could suggest how to make a bridge that would be great.

You can use auth plugins to add your own auth; no idea what a reduced version would entail. http://wiki.phpbb.com/Authentication_plugins
