Currently there are three export formats for PMs: XML, CSV and CSV (excel), and all three of them are useless* to the end user. He's going to panic when he sees an XML document tree or when excel opens up. I think plain old HTML would be a better option.
*Unless I've missed an 'import pms' function :P
