is in Olympus a possibilitie to scan the content of attachments for the searchfunction (.pdf , .doc etc.)???

That could be seriously resource-intensive when the file is uploaded, not to mention problematic in that search filters would have to be built for file types. As a hosting provider, I'd be worried about the impact on other users.
You can never go home again... but I guess you can shop there.

Aside from the fact the rules state "no feature requests", such changes at this stage would be feature creep and would not be considered till phpBB3.2.x at the earliest, more likely phpBB3.4.x.
