Not in 3.0, and unlikely in future releases. The devs generally do not see a point in adding to the forum code something that may result in a veritable chatroom environment. However, thoughts may change down the line.
You can never go home again... but I guess you can shop there.

It will come around, and you can build it into your board.
The devs do not feel that it adds functionality appropriate to a forum, and opens up the possibility of it becoming a chat site instead of a forum (there is a difference).

Olympus will not include the "Quick Reply" MOD. End of story.
