I like that new Forum Rules feature. It's really helpfull. And at the top people really see them espaccialy in red. Well template, but a nice feature anyway And is it right that one can set different ones for each forum? (haven't updated my cvs yet )

Since I've no idea if you're being serious (it's pretty hard to tell at the best of times) I'll err on the side of caution.
Change the template if you want it blinking.
