Banning usernames

Post by haravikk »

I'm wondering if the ban-usernames option in the AdminCP allows usernames to be entered with wildcards. For example if some idiot keeps signing up under new names to avoid bans like:
MadPater 12345
MadPater 666
MadPater 1337

Or something similar then I could ban:
MadPater*

Or even:
*MadPater*

Thereby banning any username beginning with (or in the second case containing) the name MadPater.
If not then I'll submit this to the tracker

No - not in ban control, but you can use wildcard in the "disalow names" section
