That's what I thought. I remember some people kicked up quite a fuss about the "admin view poll results" MOD. That's what made me think that it may not be taken well if admins/mods were privy to this information.

Plus I can now safely mark psoTFX's posts down without fear of retribution

Lets hope not, IMO that would take away from the whole Karma System. :D

I like it very much
a good thing to do, would be that banned users get automatic -5 rating and then if you don't want to see posts with that karma you won't see the banned user

but as it is is still very good,
but taking into account the voters karma is a good thing.

Davidls, I agree with that suggestion. One other thing, will moderators and administrators always be viewable regardless of their karma level and what the user sets as their threshold. The presnt Ignore List MOD makes this the case so that important posts by these members can always be read. It seems like a good idea for the Karma Level system as well.

Karma Level

Post by Francesc Lynx »

I'm already in love with this feature :D ... will the admins be able to customize the karma levels? Something like from +10 to -10 instead of from +5 to -5...

No, you won't be able to customise the range ... which after all is just a number. You will be able to customise various aspects of how it's calculated, etc.

I think having -5 to +5 is plenty of values. :)
