Suggesetion: Default Server Load Limit

I would suggest disabling the server load limit by default. When I installed phpBB 2.1.1 [20030601], I kept getting board unavaliable messages. It took me a while to get into the control panel to change the default load from 2.0 to 10.0... My host's server load is normally a little over 3.0 (4 processor server). ^_^;;
