Is there a place I can find a valid foreign key reference?

Is there a place I can find a valid foreign key reference?

Is there any code or documentation which details the various (unenforced) foreign keys being used in the database? For example, all the places forum id is used, user id, post id, etc.

I don't think we have anything of the sort but going through one of the schema files shouldn't take too long.
