Hello all,
I need to ask something. Is the phpBB development continuing in two seperate branchs for php 4.x and php 5.x , or is the final version the last release for php 4.x ? When the first update comes as phpBB 3.0.1, will that require php 5.x?
Many thanks,
How will the development continue?

Re: How will the development continue?
Why would it continue in separate branches for PHP4 and PHP5? IMO, that's just a bunch of unnecessary work. It has already been stated that phpBB3.2 will not support PHP4. However, phpBB3.0.1 will support PHP4, as will the rest of phpBB3.0 series.

To make it a lil bit more clear, phpBB 3.0.x will not have *new* features in it, just bug fixes. Any new features will have to go in (>=) phpBB 3.2.x
