I would pay around 75 - 100 USD for this, as it's got everything basically that a standard commerical product has, but better :D

I can't answer this question. I've only used phpBB. If I suddenly had to pay for it, I would be investigating other pay solutions as well. Since I don't know what they cost, I'm not about to pull numbers out of a hat.

You'll find that most people here are in the same boat.

In my opinion, even £50 would be good value for what you're getting. Though I wouldn't pay much more than £15 if it was commercial.
Plug mousy into yee interweb.

Can't say i'd pay anything, but if they all of the sudden needed some donations, i'd probably be more than willing to make some.

Nothing. I have my own forum script written, and whilst it is far from as advanced as phpBB3, it contains everything you need to run a forum, so I'd probably switch to that (or another free forum) instead. As it is, phpBB is far superior, so I shall stick with it :P

i would pay between 50-100$ for a perpetual license though

i owe a lot to phpbb group, they deserve at least a paypal donation

not everyone is a good coder but maybe a good admin for a community you really want to have, helping you to do that for free is really great
Slightly better English than it was in 2005, still improving :D

I have to say that sums it up for me as well Fisker, I would be happy to make a donation if I thought it would help/was needed to keep things running.

I'm sure the devs have said before that there will be no way its going commercial so asking how much we are all willing to pay is pointless.
