includes/diff/ use?

Post by ckwalsh »

While I think that it's cool phpBB3 has the code to work with Diffs, I am having trouble finding where this is used in the code. I have done an overall search of the phpBB code and have not found anywhere that actually uses the diff classes.

Was it originally part of the features, then removed for some reason?

It’s used when upgrading the board to the latest version. ;)

...and once it is in there you can use it for your modifications as well (if you want) which makes modding much easier :)
