Don't panic, just need to do some more extensive updating than usual :P

Why is it that every time I see downtime for phpBB I think "RC 1 IS HERE" and then get dissapointed, yet get excited the next time as well? Will I ever learn?

It has to be RC1 this time. Nearly all bugs are (were) "review later"....
