There are 19 files with 'TODO' from releasing of beta3. And there was about 27 such files about 1.5 months ago. Interesting, that in a few files developers simply removed 'TODO' not implementing specified functions =)

Highly doubt it will be this weekend. I'm guessing that the devs will want to give the testing process for beta 3 a little more time, as new bugs are reported every day - can't see an RC1 before the number of new bugs reported per day approaches zero.
