As nice as that would be, it does seem slightly unlike, bearing in mind that Acyd stated that he anticipates the project remaining in this state for a few weeks, at minimum.
Would be nice though :D

It's nice to see the month of March 2006 with over 200 commits to the CVS. Last time that happened was 2003 I believe. This is great! I'm so excited for the final release! :)

I do understand that the final release could still be a long way, just imagine the work that needs to be done, I'm sure lots of elements of the website will need updating.

/me does a CVS update and logs in to the bug tracker.

There are a few issues I remember from long ago, let's see if they're still borked...

/me wishes he could send $50 to the dev team

(When posting this, I just noticed another bug :-p)

You need an account on the http://www.phpbb.com" target="_blank forums for it to work: The one on here doesn't have anything to do with the tracker.

Maybe its just your settings in firefox? Try checking cookie settings and make sure "for orriginating site only" is not checked, it might not make a differance but its caused problems for me on certian sites before.

I'm using Opera, and I tried it in FF as well. I've set it to accept cookies generically, and previously FF was able to log in to phpbb.com just fine.

Oh well, I made the bug report in IE and it worked.

(Ironically, the bug report concerns this very topic--the problem where the topic title is too long because phpBB adds a "re: " to it and makes it too long by itself)

Have you tried deleteing the phpbb.com cookies in firefox, and having another go?
They got broken when the server was moved a few days back.
