I was messing around with the messenger and something im developing, and noticed something about the queue. Pretty good feature.
My question is however, when do the items in queue get executed, such as sending an email?

Re: queue question
See common.php and/or cron.php for that logic. It is supposed to check for queue items every 2 hours if I remember correctly, and processes it if there is anything there.

Re: queue question
i didn't see any reference of in common, but i see it on cron. So its basicly to be run by a cron job. Cool i can find some use for this in my development Thanks
Re: queue question
The cron is largely unfinished. Wait for 3.2, you will probably get more functionality in there.
The actual queue is in functions_messenger, it only handles emails right now.
