i don't think it's until either end of this year or next year

since they are skiping 2.2 to 3.0 so, hey ofcourse will be loaded with mad shyt...so don't expect it to be out so soon!!

If you'd ask me the release announcement was made before all of those files were distributed to sourceforges mirrors... I found a working one today.
