On message area i can use this characters but couldn't on forum. For example forum description. Description seems like this :
Yapmak istediğiniz işle ilgili doğru ....
How can i correct this?

/me notes that phpBB 2.1.x is not stable and problems like this will creep up

In other words, don't worry about it until the devs ask for bug reports. :)

Default coding settings not matching "normal" turkish creates this... For instance, people sending turkish letters even though their computer is set to default to English

This is due to the fact that ğ for example has 5 different definitions!!! THERE IS NO STANDARD, NO ONE HAS EVER DONE ONE SO ISO, WINDOWS, MAC ARE ALL DIFFERENT!!!
