No, feature requests aren't allowed there, or anywhere on this site, as written on the forum descriptions.

To submit requests, use their tracker over @ sourceforce. [ http://www.sf.net/projects/phpbb" target="_blank ]

How do you work the tracker i want to add a request??????? ughhh its so confusing :(

you need to register at sourceforge, then go to tracker and you'll see submit link.

"Bumping a topic" means that you click a button and it brings your topic to the top of the forum, it's similar to just replying to a topic, but you don't have to reply to bring it to the top.

On this developer board it's disabled however. :)

** sees potential for considerable abuse with a bump feature for general phpBB users; "Stickies" and "Announcements" for Mods and Admins are better to serve this purpose for Mods and Admins IMO **
