via admin password? or resigter?

Some moron set board offline and banned admin. Fixed now (and banned that user's ip).

This is exactly why R45 produced the HTML based demo ... far less trouble than even automated resetting of a "real" panel.

thank you for looking around ACP :)
one idea i just looked in to prevent that changes
there permissons can be helpful like stopping the changes
maybe if i could be admin but monitor demo forum till full release to maintain :)
maybe could useful link for area 51 that users can browse :)

just quick note to cyberalien :
you did not ban the IP that other user did turn off board to offline and banned admin see quote
(and banned that user's ip).
by checking the logs i did check ban IP area the IP is not present
so i banned IP perm correctly now so his IP now in ban list that will prevent that user hacking again :)
