Perhaps you've misunderstood where things are at the minute.

This is developmental software, you expect it to have bugs, it's changing every other day, the developers know about most of them, and they tend to get fixed in future snapshots without anyone needing to do anything.

If you really think you want to note bugs, do what someone else suggested, note them on a bit of paper, and if they're still present at the M4/Beta-1 area of the development cycle, that is when people will be interested in hearing about them, not before.

/me gets a feeling of deja vue from 18+ months ago :)
