Hi,
I noticed in most of the forums where I'm a member, that they are using the phpbb forum.
I'd like to make a recommendation, by adding the Phoenix, Arizona Timezone in the list of timezone's to choose from, please. I believe it's -7 from UTC, but I could be wrong.
I'm not sure if my request would be difficult, but it would be nice to see this selection.

We already have Mountain Standard Time (UTC -7). - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arizona
